Lizbé Accommodation Cancellation Policy

 

When cancelling:

0 -14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit;

15 -28 days prior to arrival, forfeit 80% of deposit;

29+ days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit.

 

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, we will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms of our establishment, as indicated within.

 

Our establishment levies an additional 4.5% administration fee on any refunds processed.
